NFA Students Participate in Orange County Government's "County Service Day"
Seven NFA students joined 13 Orange County schools at Orange County Government's "County Service Day." Vivian Gage and Omari Jones shadowed the legislatures and participated in a debate on Cyber Bullying as well as a number of other bills that were on the days slate. Emily Reyes and Cassidy Jones shadowed the Family Court Judge as she covered a number of day's cases. Sarah Hyun and Alysa Worrell had an informative day following the Department of Aging Director. Cora Kerin ran for County Clerk at the Youth in Government Steering Convention, so she was able to join the Orange County Clerk for the day. For lunch the County hosted the groups of students at the Wallkill County club.
