March Madness for 4th graders at Meadow Hill! Bracket up for Multiplication fun!
The annual Multiplication Madness has been underway at Meadow Hill School. Students have been working super hard on our multiplication facts this year, so we always take advantage of the excitement of March Madness by having our very own Multiplication March Madness! Fourth grade students at Meadow Hill School engaged in a Multiplication March Madness competition to master their multiplication facts. The students have been committing their multiplication facts to memory during the school year to promote fluency and for weeks competed within their classes to earn a spot in the top 64 to represent their class. Each week just like College Basketball students compete to go onto the next round. Our final winner was Peyton, with Julian as the runner up. Every year we have local businesses donate to our school. Showtime Cinemas, Dairy Queen, Tarsio’s Bowling, Hudson Valley Renegades, Bounce and Legoland have made generous donations for motivational prizes for the students. All contributions are greatly appreciated.
