NFA Scholars Attend Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) College Fair
Over 100 students from all three campuses of NFA attended the Malcolm Bernard Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) College Fair at Kean University in Union, NJ. This was the largest number of students to ever attend! This annual trip is a great opportunity for students to learn about the history of these institutions and how the lives of students are enriched by attending.
This event also offers the opportunity for seniors to be conditionally admitted upon graduation. We had 7 students who were instantly admitted to various institutions such as: Delaware State University, Norfolk State University, and University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Congrats to these students!!
We will continue to expand the horizons of our students through this trip so that they can achieve success beyond Academy field!
