New Windsor School Scholars Visited by Top Town Officials
New Windsor Town Supervisor Stephen Bedetti visited Ms. Stone's elementary class at New Windsor School to speak to students about the career path of a Town Supervisor. Supervisor Bedetti shared information about his role, the process of being elected, and what he is responsible for in our community. Students were given the opportunity to ask Supervisor Bedetti a series of hard-hitting questions like his favorite color, his favorite food, and how many pets he has.
Joined by Town Supervisor Bedetti was New Windsor Deputy Police Chief Brian Hollifield who also answered questions posed by the students.
After the presentation, the guests handed out snacks and Junior Officer stickers to the class.
