Clinic is for uninsured or *underinsured children between the ages of 2-months and 18-years of age. 

Children must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian and records of previous immunizations presented at the visit.  Please call 845-291-2330 for an appointment.

**Underinsured: Vaccines are provided at no charge for children with Medicaid, Medicaid HMO, or children whose insurance does not cover the required vaccine**

***Insured children should be seen by their primary care provider for immunizations***
