NFA West Campus Hosts Annual Poetry Slam
NFA West Campus hosted their annual Poetry Slam celebrating 18 student poets and highlighting student artwork. Students were selected by their peers after sharing their poems in their English classes. Student artwork was displayed in the digital studio and ceramics mediums, with a theme of social justice.
The special event welcomed guest Spoken Word Artist, Mariah Henry (AKA R.I.A.H) who gave advice to the student performers before the show and performed for the larger audience.
