NFA Key Club Attends Leadership Training Conference
NFA Key Club started their Spring Break attending Leadership Training Conference (LTC) in Albany, March 23rd-25th. At LTC, students from all over New York Stated worked together to learn about Key Club and the Kiwanis Family. The workshops that were offered ranged from Key Club service projects, leadership skills like running a meeting, and life after high school.
LTC also celebrates the service year for Key Clubbers and elects new officers for the upcoming year, the Newburgh Key Clubber Deeya Modhwadiya was sworn in as Lieutenant Governor for Orange and Ulster County Key Clubs. This is the second time in the past 3 years that NFA has had the Lieutenant Governor. Deeya will be responsible for being the liaison between the local clubs and the New York District Governor and International Trustee to New York.
