Mrs. Pearce's Kindergarten Class Recycles Items for Project

Mrs. Pearce’s Kindergarten class at Vails Gate STEAM Academy was encouraged to come up with creative uses for recycled items. The project encouraged parents as participants. Scholars and their parents worked together and brought in several creative items.

Some items included: plant holders made from soda cans, doll clothes made from pieces of old clothes, a toy playhouse made from snack boxes, a piggy bank made from a soda bottle, an old-time story teller made from an old book and a cardboard box.
