6th grader Angelo Reade Wins NYS Senator Larkin Poster Contest!
Senator William J. Larkin, Jr., New York State Senator of the 39th District welcomed students to participate in a poster making contest in celebration of Earth Day. Of participating students from three different school districts, Angelo Reade, 6th grade scholar at Heritage Middle School won the 2018 Earth Day Poster Contest.
Several students from Heritage Middle School submitted posters. You can view their submissions here.
Teachers who helped to coordinate the event at Heritage Middle School were: Ms. Catherine Crofton, Ms. Emily Russo, Ms. Lisa Sacks, Mr. Larry Dobelle, and Ms. Rene Brown.
