NFA West Scholars Hand out Awards

Scholars, faculty, and staff members attended the Board of Education meeting on Tuesday, June 6th to hand out awards to those who helped to positively influence the experience of scholars at Newburgh Free Academy, West Campus this year. 

Recipients included Board of Education members: Ms. Carole Mineo, Board President; Ms. Sue Prokosch, Vice President; Mr. Philip Howard. Mr. Torrance Harvey, teacher at Newburgh Free Academy, North campus and Mayor for the City of Newburgh received an award. Dr. David Gallagher, Associate Professor at Mount Saint Mary College and Mr. Brian Moorehead each received awards as well.
