New Windsor School celebrated its first-trimester Gold Card Event, recognizing students who demonstrated the school’s expectations to Be Responsible, Respectful, Ready, and Safe.

Students and teachers at Heritage Middle School collaborated to create yet another Winter Chorus Concert and Art Exhibit. Ms. Clina's students rendered holiday medlies with talent. They sounded amazing.

During the visit, the counselors spoke with students about what to expect in middle school, including academic expectations, daily schedules, extracurricular opportunities, and increased independence.

Parents and family members joined in the excitement, helping children bring their imaginative ideas to life with icing and colorful decorations.

During her visit, Ms. Kristin Kramer shared her journey as an author and introduced students to her engaging six-book series that brings storytelling and community together.

Through engaging lessons and teamwork, students develop goal-setting skills, empathy, self-awareness, and strategies for making positive choices—skills that extend well beyond the program itself.

We are excited to share the wonderful success of our recent Character Ambassador Assembly, where we celebrated our 3rd through 5th grade students who showed the important values of Respect in November and Self-Control in December.

Classes shared festive selections including “Jingle Bell Rock,” “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town,” and “Run Run Rudolph,” with students also serving as speakers to introduce each performance.

A variety of acts were featured including rock bands, instrumentalists, vocalists, dancers, poets and actors. Students chose and prepared their own creative performances and showcased their talents.

From the orchestra’s warm, expressive melodies to the band’s energetic rhythms and the chorus’s joyful harmonies, each ensemble delivered a performance to remember.

Hosted in the NFA Planetarium, the NFA Astronomy Club will be presenting their traditional show, The Season of Light, about the traditions around the Winter Solstice including holidays.

The NFA Main Campus Music Department is spreading gifts of music and talent through their 2025–2026 Winter Concerts!

Ten dedicated P-TECH faculty members joined teachers from around New York state at IBM Headquarters in Manhattan, where they gained insights into the rapidly evolving impact of Artificial Intelligence on the modern workforce.

Heritage Middle School had their annual Monster Mash Dance. It was a well attended event by 375 students.

Each report highlighted key elements such as the characters, setting, theme, and quotes from the book, and included original illustrations inspired by the book.
