Temple Hill Scholar Gives Back to Her Community

Rebecca Jusino, a Temple Hill Academy Scholar who’s brother Daniel is a junior at NFA North P-tech program (who also attended THA) reached out to the community in a variety of creative ways.

She dressed up as the Easter Bunny and visited families on Easter Sunday practicing social distancing and even visited one of our THA teachers. She also reads stories to students on the THA PTO Facebook page in hopes of connecting and making someone smile.

Most recently, Rebecca and her brother Daniel created a “Stay Safe” sign to show their support and concern for the community on the THA fence.

Rebecca is active in the community and does a lot of community service through Girl Scouts.
