NFA Boys Indoor Track & Field | State Qualifiers


UPDATE from the NY State Championship meet. Brady Danyluk finished 3rd in the Federation in the 1000m run with a time of 2:29.88. Jaden Williams finished 6th in the Federation in the triple jump with a jump of 45' 5.25". Congratulations to our athletes!

NFA Boys Indoor Track & Field finished first, second, and third in a series of events at the State Qualifiers over the weekend. 

FIRST PLACE | Brady Danyluk

Brady Danyluk placed first in the Boys Indoor Track & Field 1000m run at the NYS qualifiers over the weekend. Earlier this year, Danyluk placed first in the varsity mile at the Hispanic Games with a time of 4:25.98 and won the 1000m at the Purple Champions of High School Invitational with a time of 2:29.27.

Brady Danyluk has committed to run Cross Country and Track & Field at Division 1 Northeastern University in Boston beginning the Fall of 2025. He plans to study Civil Engineering. 

SECOND PLACE | 4x800 Relay Team | Devin Batelic, Joey Lopez, Oren Miller, and Brady Danyluk

The 4x800 Relay team finished second at the state qualifiers, advancing to compete at the Boys Indoor Track & Field NYS Championships that will be held this weekend in Ocean Breeze, NY. The team consists of Devin Batelic, Joey Lopez, Oren Miller, and Brady Danyluk. Alternates who will travel to states include: Miles Davis, Kendy Georges, Bryan Arenas, and Gianni Graham.

THIRD PLACE TRIPLE JUMP | Jaden Williams

Jaden Williams took home the third place finish in the Triple Jump at the state qualifiers. Earlier this year, Williams placed second at the Hispanic Gams with a jump of 40' 3" and came in third place at the Puma International Showcase with a jump of 44' 7". Williams will be competing in the State Championships this weekend that will be held this weekend in Ocean Breeze, NY.
