Scholars in Mrs. Garcia-Omana's 6th grade Social Studies classes became Greek architects for the day. They remodeled their elementary schools to have ancient Greek columns, pediments and friezes.

Security Monitor Receives Life Saving Award from Town of Newburgh
At the May 9th Town of Newburgh Town Board Meeting, Balmville School Security Officer Hector Almodovar received a Life Saving Award for saving a Balmville School 5 th Grader who was choking on an orange during lunch.
